Senator Olson moved and asked unanimous consent to change his recommendation from "no recommendation" to "do pass" on the Community and Regional Affairs Committee report (page 175). Without objection, Senator Olson's recommendation was changed. Senator Hoffman, Acting Majority Leader, moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.
